DATA SECURITY Our premises Monitored and recorded internally and externally by live video feed and electronic security systems 24 hours a day Heavily fortified accessways and windows to ensure maximum security Procedures All equipment is quarantined until processed All media (floppy disks, thumb drives, cd/dvds, removable media and hard disks) are erased and/or physically destroyed Hard Drives that are not destroyed are wiped using tools that make full data recovery virtually impossible Physically destroyed hard drives are then sent away for total destruction Services We provide a secure data destruction service at a charge of $16.50 inc GST per unit carried out in our secure environment Callout service available upon request |
